Linda R. Rothstein's practice includes civil and administrative litigation, and she has particular expertise in public law. Recently, she was the City of Toronto's lead counsel at the Toronto Computer Leasing Inquiry. She is the co-author of the leading Canadian text on legal malpractice, and an author of many articles on substantive and procedural law. Ms. Rothstein is Toronto Regional Bencher of The Law Society of Upper Canada; Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers; Fellow and Board Member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers; Fellow, Litigation Counsel of America; Member, Law Foundation of Ontario Board of Trustees (2014); Past President (2005–2006) of The Advocates’ Society. She is also the recipient of the prestigious Law Society Medal, the "Award of Distinction" from the Toronto Lawyers’ Association and the 2013 Lexpert Zenith Award. Honoured by the Best Lawyers of Canada as the best Administrative and Public Law Lawyer (2012) and the best Employment and Labour Law Lawyer (2013); University of Toronto Distinguished Alumnus Award (2014).

Rob Centa is the managing partner of the law firm Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP.  Rob practises general civil litigation with a focus on administrative, constitutional and labour law. In 2007-2008, he served as Assistant Commission Counsel to the Honourable Stephen T. Goudge on the inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology in Ontario.  Prior to his call to the Ontario Bar in 2001, Mr. Centa clerked for the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He received both the Angus MacMurchy Gold Medal and the Dean Cecil A. Wright Key presented to a graduating student who exhibited the greatest interest in extracurricular work of an academic nature. In 2014, Mr. Centa was the recipient of the Douglas K. Laidlaw Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.

Tina Lie

Tina Lie is a partner at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP.  She has a general civil litigation practice with experience and expertise in commercial litigation, employment law, and administrative law.  In 2007-2008, she served as a staff lawyer on the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology in Ontario.  Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar in 2007, Ms. Lie clerked for the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.  She is a member of the faculty of the Philippe Kirsch Institute, and is also a member of the New York State bar.

Jodi Martin

Jodi Martin is a partner at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP.  Her practice focuses on administrative and public law with a focus on human rights, labour law and appellate advocacy.  Ms. Martin graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was the recipient of several awards for outstanding academic achievement.  Prior to law school, she completed a Master of Arts in Anthropology at the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Martin is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Advocates’ Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
